Lenticular Lens
Lenticular Lens is a series of conceptual photographs by which I transform the medium of Photography into a different form of artistic expression. Traditionally, Photography is used to represent and -sometimes, when appropriate- substitute Reality. In this series, I use Photography as a visual medium with pictorial effects, constructing from the emptiness of a space rather than working with what is already present or imagined as Reality. The process allows me to manipulate images to convey messages with an underlying dreamlike effect. The juxtaposed vertical panels contrast and emphasize differences found in universal themes such as death, lost love, chaos and order, convention, rebellion, and isolation.
